Bachelor's Level Graduates

Typically, Genentech seeks new grads with a Bachelor of Science in or related to engineering (chemical, electrical or mechanical), chemistry, logistics, operations and supply chain management. Full-time opportunities are available through the Operational Rotation Development Program (ORDP) .

Master's Level Graduates

If you're a graduate student, you'll find a range of possibilities awaiting you at Genentech. Among them are the Operations Rotation Development Program, the Commercial Rotation Development Program (CRDP), the Pharma Technical Development Program (PTD), the Finance Rotation Development Program, the Global Leadership Development Program, the Perspectives program and the Compass program. To be eligible, applicants should have earned an MBA or a Master of Science in engineering (chemical, electrical or mechanical), chemistry, logistics, operations or supply chain management.
