Corporate Groups encompass a number of areas, such as:

• Site Services — This area is responsible for enabling workplace productivity and includes Corporate Facilities and Maintenance, Environment Health and Safety, Transportation, Security, Real Estate and Workplace Planning.
• Human Resources — With a focus on fostering a productive environment, HR includes Compensation and Benefits; Employee Relations; Learning and Organization Development; Diversity and Inclusion; and Staffing — all working together to attract and develop a diverse DNA community.
• Corporate Relations — Team members support all external and internal Genentech communication needs through honest and effective communication with our various audiences and by promoting fair representation of Genentech in the media.
• Finance — The Finance division delivers world-class financial management services and value-based business decision support.
• Genentech Informatics (GI) — The GI team provides Genentech employees with highly efficient and predictable information management services, products and strategies, a necessity in today's fast-paced and highly advanced biotech industry.
• Legal — Individual employees, contractors, departments and groups all tap into Genentech's Legal staff expertise, offering sound guidance and advice in a number of areas such as litigation, contracts, intellectual property and products.
• Healthcare Compliance — At Genentech, compliance is everyone's job. The Healthcare Compliance office assists employees with this responsibility by promoting a culture of compliance and maintaining a comprehensive program that enforces compliance policies.
