The Department of Assay & Automation Technology (AAT) develops critical and innovative biochemical and cell-based assays fundamental for the discovery and characterization of potential therapeutic proteins. Using well-established and emerging technologies, assays are developed to support all aspects of early to late stage Research projects and to facilitate the movement of projects into Early Development. Automated systems are developed and adapted to perform high throughput assays and to manage the assay results. The department also develops a variety of robotics procedures that allow the generation of a host of reagents that are used to facilitate progress throughout Research.
The AAT group is looking for highly motivated and dedicated individuals who are interested in developing and applying innovative assay technologies to advance the development of therapeutics.
