Roche and Genentech Reach Agreement Over Human Growth Hormone Patent Dispute

Nutley, N.J. and South San Francisco, Calif. -- June 18, 1991 -- Hoffmann-La Roche Inc. and the Hormone Research Foundation have reached agreement with Genentech, Inc. over a patent dispute involving human growth hormone products. A consent judgment was entered into by the parties and accepted by the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
