Responsible for delivering key aspects of the Pharma Development Strategy through:
Project Conceptualization & Scoping
Work with seniors leaders (including PDLT and other Pharma Leaders) to independently identify complex or poorly defined business problems/opportunities, scope requirements and build strategies and project proposals.
Lead the execution of large and complex projects and programs using PD project and change management methodologies, ensuring standards are met and high quality is delivered.
Relationship Management & Stakeholder Focus.
Able to operate at senior levels within the organization, manage stakeholder relationships and service expectations on projects.
Provides thought partnership to business sponsors and senior leaders.
Provides coaching and mentoring to team members at all levels.
Build and leverage purposeful networks within Roche, develop credible and trusted partnerships in the project setting.
Qualifications, Experience and Expertise
Bachelors or advanced degree (BSc, MBA, Doctorate) in science and/or business or equivalent experience.
At least 10 years’ experience in management consulting or business excellence roles, ideally with 5+ year’s global life science experience.
Strong project and program leadership, change management and business management consulting skills across a range of project types.
Demonstrated expertise and proven track record in defining critical business problems/opportunities, scoping and delivering complex, global, projects that deliver sustainable change and value in organizations.
Proven expertise in business improvement and management consulting methodologies including in areas such as organizational design, business process optimization and strategy development.
Outstanding ability to build, motivate, engage and lead high performing teams
Outstanding ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, build trusted and lasting relationships, purposeful networks and influence at all levels, both within PD and beyond.
Outstanding communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
