We are seeking a Senior Scientific Researcher in the Small Molecule Analytical Chemistry (SMAC) Group to support the technical development of investigational new medicines. The candidate will partner with colleagues in process chemistry and formulation development to advance early-phase drug candidates. (S)he will be responsible for developing appropriate analytical characterization methods and performing quality control testing of a wide range of new molecular entities (small molecules, peptides, and other modalities). The candidate will be expected to develop and validate analytical methods, perform routine sample analysis and troubleshooting of instrument and method problems, contribute to regulatory filing documents, evaluate new analytical technology and participate in departmental initiatives, and contribute to original research and peer-reviewed publications.
