Position Purpose:
The position of MDH Business Operations Intern supports the operational activities and business management of the Data Access & Curation team. The position analyzes key business processes, identifies gaps, issues and bottlenecks and brings solutions and ideas for the optimization of the overall DAC operations. The selected candidate will deliver also a communication strategy and awareness campaign for the Medical Data Hub.
Background
The Data Access & Curation (aka, formerly Medical Data Hub) has grown and evolved from the "start-up" mode. DAC customers, stakeholders, vendors and users continue to increase and the DAC has the need and urgency to design and implement scalable operations. The DAC will also embark in an awareness campaign and educational process of all stakeholders across Roche with the goal to increase level of engagement and continue to invest in key partnerships.
