The responsibilities for this position may include, but are not limited to:
Manage and monitor all CCure systems and infrastructures (globally).
Responsible for Global CCure 9000 for Genentech legacy sites, Roche site in Singapore, Pleasanton, Gina, Bina and Geneweave.
Accountable for installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools for CCure 9000 access control system.
Address immediate issues and proactively ensure the highest levels of CCure 9000 availability.
Monitor and test CCure 9000 upgrades.
Accountable for programing all hardware installation or decommissioning.
Responsible for the maintenance of CCure 9000, including backup and redundancy capabilities.
Provide support to global infrastructure of CCure 9000, to include locations for Roche and Genentech.
Maintain CCure database.
Responsible for providing access reports to other departments.
Successful completion of Genentech specific site training and continual training compliance.
Possess and maintain a professional attitude, appearance and ability to represent the security department in a positive manner at all times.
Understand ethical behavior and business practices, and ensure that own behavior and the behavior of others is consistent with these standards and aligns with the values of the organization.
Establish and maintain positive working relationships with others, both internally and externally, to achieve the goals of the organization.

Demonstrate professional conduct when communicating with peers, customers and supervisor.
High School Diploma or GED.
BA/BS or MS degree preferred.
Proven working experience in CCure 800 & CCure 9000 including programming installing, configuring and troubleshooting.
CCure certification required.
Minimum 10 years’ experience managing access control system/systems.
Proven ability to successfully and efficiently monitor systems.
Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP & DHCP).
Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of access control systems.
Proven experience with access control systems planning, security principles, and general software management.
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Strong customer service orientation.
Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills are essential to facilitate the work of cross-functional and interdepartmental teams.
Must be dependable, attention to details, and proficient in coordination tasks.
Self-starter and ability to work with minimum or no supervision.
