Acts as an agility expert who’s accountable to Develop and overlook the “Being agile” strategic pillar and monitor progress, with special focus on all leaders.
Ensure the whole affiliate is on track with agility, help learning getting embedded.
Supports the transition to an agile culture and leadership
Inspiresand enables our people to adopt the new ways of working that will help to innovate and to transform patient/customer experience.
Develop the underlying agile beliefs that enable individual Agile mindsets and behaviors, also Identify and track the mindset progress
Build and track our internal understanding of the Agile values and agile principles within leaders
Support the VACC development and monitoring progress done by Chapter, Squad, and Center leads.
Develop / Train / Coach:
Enables, coaches and mentor individuals and teams in Agile methodologies (design thinking, scrum, hackathons,..)
Develop and evolves toolkits of Agile methodologies
Provides Agilty trainings for leaders and team members (in alignment with HR on the trainings calendar)
Create / develop the needed tools to evaluate and develop the individuals / team agility profile (e.g.. Mind maps)
Facilitate agile principles onboarding for all affiliate and ongoing coaching when new way of working are implemented.
Develop Scrum masters and drive scrum excellence community within the organization
Coach internal Scrum Masters, squad leads, chapter leads (Assigned to specific members)
Networking and build community:
Ensure Knowledge sharing on new Agile selection tools with People & Culture and support in process enhancement when needed
Provide support if design sprint when needed and facilitates above country sprints within the affiliate
Enables the development and sustainability of communities of practices, fosters collaboration and network behaviors
Monitor Squad/chapter formations and foster connections and group networking.
