Being a business partner to all internal and external stakeholders by providing insights into drivers of value creation and ensuring profitable growth,
Providing support to Financial Controlling Manager regarding financial aspects of the business,
Supporting Financial Controlling Manager to approve tenders’ consolidated profitability calculations,
Preparing and presenting to the Management Team in accordance with IFRS and Roche Group Reporting, monthly financial results with details of sales, cost of sales, operational expenses, net operating assets and reasons of possible target deviances,
Controlling monthly, quarterly and year end DIS (Diagnostics Information Systems) and GRC (Group Reporting and Consolidation) reports,
Making sure that yearly budget preparing phases are in line with financial reporting changes,
Tracking all the updates in GRC and DIS reporting manuals and conducting these updates and adaptations,
Coordinating ICFR4all and SoD activities, tracking that all controls are up to date and in line with group standards,
Providing support to Financial Controlling Manager to complete year end external audit processes, and coordinating audit activities and necessary meetings with audit team.
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar fields from reputable universities,
Minimum 5 years of experience in financial controlling or in Big4,
Advance command of verbal and written English, German is a plus,
Proficiency in use of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
Must have strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; with the ability to work with cross functional teams and senior management,
Teamwork oriented with good communication skills and agile mindset,
Proactive and can-do attitude,
