Your broad and up-to-date Analytics knowledge will help the organization to set the right priorities. Your understanding of the current Roche solutions and your network within IT will allow you to identify additional opportunities to solve business challenges which others might not have seen yet.
As Business Partner Finance you are responsible for Analytics Consulting and Business partnering to Finance North America as well as to manage the end-to-end Analytics solution delivery and operations in your area executed by Partners
You will be part of our multicultural, dynamic global ERP Analytics team, which is part of the Global ERP Team within Roche’s Global Infrastructure and Solutions (GIS) organization supporting each other, committed to delivery and challenge with purpose. You constantly seek to push the limit further, driving classical and advanced analytical solutions as well as planning and process mining solutions to the next level in order to "power the intelligent enterprise for patients".
You partner with Finance business stakeholders pro-actively and trustfully to co-create technology-enabled business strategies and help to set focus
You identify business opportunities in Analytics, continually seek to reuse and promote solutions that address common business opportunities to fulfill business needs
Ensure understanding and buy-in of your stakeholders on relevant IT topics and larger IT initiatives
Collaboration, cooperation and influence within an agile organization will be key to success
You are able to translate complex business topics into a simple IT solution, and are able to explain complex technological topics into simple business language.
Work with business, the broader ERP Analytics team and informatics partners to architect, design, prototype and deliver & operate continually improved products
Support Business Reviews and be accountable for the project and product Portfolio
Ensures timely execution of POCs and MVPs to verify the potential value of Analytic technologies and platforms applying agile methodologies
Establishes and monitors service and support metrics demonstrating continuous improvement of end-to-end solution delivery and operations executed by partners in alignment with SLAs and global strategies and standards
Positioning GIS services in the ecosystem of complementary and competing external services
We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree, Master’s degree preferred but not required
5 plus years of experience in a similar role
Has 5+ years expertise in SAP Analytics & ERP Finance solutions( SAP/BW, SAP Analytics Cloud) and 1+ years hands on experience on data science, Knowledge in Amazon Cloud Analytics , S4, SAP Business Objects, SAP Fiori or Tableau is a plus.
Has domain & process expertise in the areas of Finance & Controlling
Experience and ideally certification for agile and project management methodologies

Well-networked, awareness of Group processes, cross-org perspective, connects the dots, adds the external perspective
Exhibits intellectual curiosity and integrity with a high degree of self-awareness, empathy
Is able to translate between Technology and Business aspects and in general capable of building bridges between people and organizations
You can easily collaborate with off-shore, near-shore and cloud providers
Entrepreneurial spirit and passion to work within a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Very strong verbal, written and presentation skills
Availability to travel occasionally (both domestic & internationally)
