We are currently recruiting for several Patient Navigator Manager opportunities within our Access Solutions which will give you the ability to lead teams working directly with patients and their care providers. If this is your passion, we are looking for individuals who meet the requirements below.
The Patient Navigator (PN) Manager leads a team of Patient Navigators (E3) who act as a single point of contact to support patients from enrollment in AS services, to infusion logistics management, and ongoing clinical and non-clinical patient support.
The MS patient journey has unique challenges in navigating from prescription to infusion. Patients need comprehensive support enabled by a single point of contact that can assist all aspects of their journey. The support must be comprehensive and coordinated for the patient including infusion logistics support. As a manager, they will be instrumental in ensuring that their teams achieve the mission, goals and objectives of the Patient Navigator team while managing the change and complexities inherent in building a new program in a dynamic and new marketplace.
The PN Manager should consciously create a culture that is consistent with the overall organization and that emphasizes the identified mission, vision, guiding principles, and values of the Patient Navigator Program and Access Solutions
The PN Manager is responsible for the high-level success of their team while balancing the overall success of the team as a whole.
The PN Manager in this role is accountable for problem solving and making the following types of decisions that will have an impact on patients, their directs, their team, and the entire Patient Navigator Program:

Who You Are
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience (general business, health sciences, managed healthcare, public policy or related disciplines are a plus)
MBA or other related graduate level degree a plus
An average of 6 or more years’ related work experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, or related industry
Previous experience in therapeutic area a plus
The ability to coach and grow individuals who operate with high degree of problem solving, critical thinking, and decision making with high autonomy and minimal structure.
Previous management experience including a proven track record of leading teams, managing change, and developing talent, while leading team to meet or exceed goals and objectives
Proven track record for consistently meeting or exceeding qualitative, as well as any relevant quantitative, targets and goals
Business travel, by air or car, is required for regular internal and external business meetings
Requires excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
