Our U.S. Commercial Operations group plays a crucial role in introducing new treatment options to patients and delivering Genentech's medicines to those in need.

Commercial Operations takes a data-driven approach to managing a medicine’s life cycle, focusing on marketing and selling novel treatments for various disease areas. Members of this group educate healthcare providers, patients and other stakeholders about the science behind the medicine.

Commercial involvement begins during a potential product's development, focusing on the following areas:
