Where Recent Grads Will Thrive

Our rotation programs, available to recent graduates at both Bachelor’s and Master’s degree levels, combine in-depth training and skills development with exposure to various operational aspects. We offer a range of opportunities to help you make a successful transition from the classroom to the Genentech team.

Types of Rotation Programs

Bachelor's Level Eligibility

Bachelor’s level graduates are invited to apply to our Operations Rotational Development Program (ORDP) and Process Development Rotation Program (PDRP). Typically, we seek recent grads with a Bachelor of Science in engineering, biological sciences, chemistry, logistics, operations, supply chain management, or related fields.

Master's Level Eligibility

Genentech offers a range of possibilities to master’s level graduates. Among them are the Operations, Commercial, Process and Finance Development Programs - as well as the Perspectives Program and the Compass Program. Applicants should have an MBA or a Master of Science in engineering, biological sciences, chemistry, logistics, operations or supply chain management.
