Workplace Wellness

We believe in creating a campus that supports a healthy environment and healthy employees. We work to facilitate collaboration, wellness and creative thinking through a combination of design and sustainable practices.

One way we put our sustainability beliefs into action is as a sponsor of the U.S. Green Building Council: Northern California Building Health Initiative. We learn from other companies that are also at the forefront of green and healthy buildings and we work to implement best practices. Our sustainable building efforts don’t end when our buildings open — we monitor their environmental impact and adjust as we change and grow.

We currently have two flagship buildings as part of our healthy building initiative and are implementing lessons learned from these across our campus.

Building 35

Building 35 (B35) is a vibrant workspace for our employees and has earned LEED Gold Certification, which recognizes best-in-class green building practices. B34 contributes to employee wellbeing with services that include a health center, ergonomics lab and fitness center.

Building 34

Building 34 (B34), our campus community center, was designed with four key pillars in mind — wellbeing, sustainability, community, and innovation. In addition to LEED certification, B34 is also aiming for WELL certification, the first building standard to focus on health, productivity and wellness of the people in the buildings.
