I joined the Protein Chemistry Department at Genentech in 2015 after spending the first 10 years of my career in academia. My experience as a Scientist at Genentech has been nothing short of amazing. I am continually astounded by the talented Scientists I find myself working with every day and the collaborative culture at Genentech is unparalleled. Our department is fully integrated throughout the therapeutic areas, which allows us to not only rapidly move therapeutic candidates through the pipeline but also to learn a tremendous amount about the biology of different targets and indications throughout the drug development process.
