"It’s inspiring to be surrounded by world-class Genentech colleagues on every project – I’ve learned something new from everyone here."
I joined Genentech in 2019 after a few years working at a biotech startup. I have been a chemistry team leader or project leader for multiple small-molecule discovery programs since joining the industry, with a focus in the areas of oncology and immunology. The ability to do research with teams of world-class colleagues and drug hunters is a privilege.
I did my doctoral studies in organic chemistry at Stanford University as an NSF Fellow, MPhil by research at Cambridge on a Churchill Scholarship, and undergraduate studies at Northwestern as a Goldwater Scholar.
