In June 2023, I became a part of the Prescient Design team at Genentech, where my career revolves around the advancement of computational methods to expedite the process of designing and developing therapeutic proteins.
I specialize in the development of computational techniques, both physics-based and machine learning, to model and simulate various physical processes at multiple scales. My particular focus is on applying these methods to accelerate drug design and development. To this end, I develop & leverage advanced numerical methods and cutting-edge HPC & ML frameworks to create accurate computational models and scalable simulation software.
