*Note: Assets should be uploaded into the Khoros (Spredfast) Content Center before uploading any social posts.
1. Create the posts for the campaign and assign the related label by disease area so that the correct approval path triggers.
*Note: Khoro (Spredfast) requires a minimum of three labels from the categories (Division, Content Type, and Asset Type) to be applied to each post in a campaign. If you’re uncertain of the appropriate labels to use, flag an email for the corporate social media team.
2. Agency leads will assign posts that have TBD information as “unscheduled” in Khoros (Spredfast) under the “Publish Time” section.
Example: Press release links, unpublished Gene.com articles.
3. To upload an asset to a post, click on the “Add Media from your Content Center” option at the bottom of the window and select from the already uploaded assets in the Content Center.
Assets should only be uploaded through this option so that the individual usage metrics can tracked from within Khoros (Spredfast).
