I joined Genentech as part of the Prescient Design team in February 2022. In my previous roles as a Research Assistant at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and doctoral candidate in the University of California at Santa Cruz, I have developed computational methods to model peptide/MHC-I complexes. In addition, I have helped solve structures of important biological targets such as NRD-TAD domains of the FoxM1 transcription factor, α-lytic protease, enzyme 1, and several de novo designs, computationally using Rosetta and NMR data. I also had the privilege of working with my advisor, Prof. Nik Sgourakis, to build methods for the interpretation of NMR data.
