Supplier Portals

Genentech suppliers may register for and use one of our supplier portals to do business with us online. There are two supplier portals and usage is based on type of supplier:

  • myBuy GEP SMART for indirect suppliers who provide the goods and services we use to run our business, such as office supplies, consulting services, lab supplies, services to maintain our campuses and more.
  • GEP NEXXE for direct suppliers who provide the raw materials, resources, goods and services we use to manufacture treatments or diagnostic tools for patients.

Suppliers may provide both direct and indirect goods and services, and in that case, may use both of our supplier portals.

Benefits of doing business with us online through the supplier portal(s) include:

  • Updating supplier profile
  • Viewing contracts
  • Connecting eCatalogs
  • Receiving requests for quote, purchase orders
  • Acknowledging purchase orders
  • Creating / sending invoices or credit invoices
  • Tracking and monitoring invoice status
  • Creating / sending advanced shipping notices (ASNs)

Getting Started

New suppliers may be invited by Genentech to create a myBuy GEP SMART or GEP NEXXE account prior to doing business with us. Registration and use of our supplier portals is free.
