Attracted by Genentech’s focus on science and innovation, I joined Genentech in 2007. I had the privilege to work with talented and passionate colleagues on cross-disciplinary teams, to move a number of novel therapeutic molecules from research to clinical trials. It is extremely fulfilling to see the new therapies we worked on for years finally get approved by health authorities.
