Return Goods Policy

Effective March 1, 2025 all approved Expired Product Returns will be reimbursed as a credit.

Please note that there are product-specific exceptions outlined in our Returns Policy. Modifications to the policy are updated regularly and can be viewed here. It is recommended that you review the policy prior to sending product back for returns.

Current exceptions include:

SUSVIMO (ranibizumab injection)

  1. Components qualifying for the Susvimo Early Returns Program, which allows early return and credit, under the following circumstances:
    1. The product must have been purchased by a healthcare provider as a backup for an individual procedure that is no longer needed for that patient and/or there are no other patients that can use the product. The Susvimo Early Returns Program may be accessed through Genentech Direct Returns at genentechdirect.com/returns.
  2. Components of Susvimo sold individually may be returned separately for credit through both early and standard returns. They are not required to be returned together.

Susvimo Box A (SUSVIMO Carton with Single Dose Vial and Initial Fill Needle, NDC 50242-078-55 ) – Return of Unsold Inventory Starting January 1, 2026 for Specialty Distributors Only: Beginning January 1, 2026, unsold Susvimo Box A inventory that remains in distributor stock and has not been sold to end

Actemra Exceptions:

  • IV product purchased before August 2022 is NOT eligible for return since it was sold under a non-returnable basis (see exception below) even if product is now expired
  • IV product purchased after August 2022 is now eligible for return if expired
  • Exception: ACTEMRA (Tocilizumab) 400 mg / 20 mL (NDC 50242-137-01) with the dark colored vial cap is eligible

General Policy Guidelines:

  • We accept expired product from 2 months before the expiration date listed on the product to 6 months after the expiration date listed on the product.
  • The expiration date is the last day of the month listed on the product.
  • Product must be returned in its original packaging.

Timelines:

  • We will send out a replacement after receiving verification from Qualanex that they have received and processed the product return.
  • In general Qualanex processes product within 11 business days of receipt at their facility.
