Thanksgiving Closure Dates

We will be closed on Thursday, November 27th and Friday, November 28th in observance of Thanksgiving.

  • Two-Day orders placed on Monday, November 24th by 12pm PST will be delivered on Wednesday, November 26th
  • Next-Day orders placed on Tuesday, November 25th by 12pm PST will be delivered on Wednesday, November 26th
  • All orders placed after the 12pm deadlines above will be shipped on Monday, December 1st and delivered on December 2nd (Next-Day) or December 3rd (Two-Day)
  • Hemlibra HTC and SP Direct Orders: Please contact Genentech Customer Service at 800-551-2231 to confirm shipment dates for orders placed after the 12pm deadlines.

Due to supply chain challenges, including weather delays and other unexpected events, packages may experience delays. If you have depleted inventory or urgent patient needs, please consider placing orders ahead of the holiday cutoff deadline to ensure delivery.

As of November 12, 2025, the initial, widespread disruptions to the UPS network immediately following the early November 2025 plane crash have largely subsided, but some delays may still occur.

During hurricane season deliveries may be affected due to severe weather including storms, tornados, and hurricanes sweeping through the U.S. We will contact you directly if your delivery is impacted.
