As the holiday season approaches, we want to remind you to place your orders well in advance of your expected need dates throughout December and early January. During this time, UPS, FedEx, and other carriers experience increased volume, which can result in potential delays in delivery schedules due to the holiday rush. To ensure that your orders arrive on time and without disruptions, we recommend planning ahead and placing your orders as early as possible.

Planned cut off times for orders are as follows, however, please note that we cannot guarantee that your order will be shipped or delivered on time due to demand from carriers during the Holiday season.

  • 12/22: Last day for all two day orders until 12pm PST
  • 12/23: Final shipments of next day orders only until 12pm PST
  • 12/29: Last day for all two day orders until 12pm PST
  • 12/30: Final shipments of next day orders only until 12pm PST

If there are any patient emergencies outside of these dates and times please contact Genentech Customer Service at 800-551-2231. Our agents are here to help Monday through Friday between 6 am and 5 pm PST (9 am to 8 pm EST). Our call center will close on Thursday, December 25th in observance of Christmas and Thursday, January 1st in observance of New Year's day.
