We are committed to sustaining an environment where scientific discovery can thrive, where the industry’s most talented people can do their best work, and where we can bring innovative medicines to those who need them most.
We are an organization of changemakers, risk-takers, and bold thinkers who are working to solve the world’s most complex health challenges. Get to know a few of our team members below:
ROY YU
“I’ve always had a strong drive to help people and when I graduated as a History major, I didn’t think I would have the opportunity to join a company like Genentech and help so many patients — I was definitely wrong.
I’m most proud when I've been part of team efforts that positively change our patients’ experience. I really love working with teammates to identify & remove barriers that negatively impacts access to our therapies.”
- Roy Yu, Contract Strategy Implementation Director
SANDRA AJISAFE
“My current work is focused on ensuring access to Genentech’s therapies for everyone and if even one patient has the opportunity to receive treatment that leads to improved outcomes, then I have been of service.
If a friend were to describe me, they’d probably say that I am thoughtfully gritty, with an unapologetic authenticity that brings people in to imagine the possibilities!”
- Sandra Ajisafe Executive Director and Team Lead, National Access Decisions
BRANDON DEWITT
“I’m most proud of my work when I can see or hear about the positive impacts we are making to our business and culture through the workplace designs and strategies that my team and I create. What makes me good at my job? I am passionate about our internal client relationships, and I bring global experience to my work here and I am outcomes focused (heavy process drives me crazy).
One fun fact about me is that I’ve lived in Asia for nearly a decade and worked in Mandarin Chinese before joining Genentech! Also, I’m a sucker for cheesy puns.”
- Brandon DeWitt, Senior Director, Head of Workplace Strategy & Integration
