Years at Genentech

I joined Prescient Design in September 2021 to work on Generative models, with the ultimate goal of designing target-specific antibodies. Prior to Prescient, I worked in IBM on optimizing immunotherapies for cancer. I hold a B.S and an M.S. in Mathematics and I am particularly interested in biological applications.

In Prescient Design I focus on predicting/producing antibodies with high affinity and optimized properties. My team and I design generative models to produce antibodies and oracles to predict the properties of the designed proteins, such as expression.
