The Helix Cup is a four part, hands on science competition among all of the eighth-graders in South San Francisco. The goal of the contest is to show kids what it’s like to use science as a way to solve real world problems.

In the final chapter of the challenge, the remaining teams work to build evaporative coolers for a chance to win the Helix Cup!
