Product Discontinuation

Please be advised that Activase 100mg will be discontinued on Friday, August 28, 2026. All replacement orders shipped on and after August 28 will contain two Activase 50mg. If you have any questions, please contact Genentech Customer Service at (800) 551-2231.

Holiday Closure

Customer Service and our Distribution Centers will be closed in observance of Labor Day on Monday, September 7, 2026.

  • Next day orders placed after 12pm PST on Thursday, September 3rd, will ship Tuesday, September 8th, for delivery on Wednesday, September 9th.
  • Two day orders placed after 12pm PST on Wednesday, September 2nd, will ship Tuesday, September 8th, for delivery on Thursday, September 10th.

If you order Hemlibra directly through Genentech and are an HTC or Specialty Pharmacy please call Genentech Customer Service at 800-551-2231 to confirm delivery dates as they may vary.

Esbriet Divesting to Legacy Pharmaceuticals on November 3, 2025

Effective November 3, 2025, Legacy will take over the supply, distribution, and sales of Esbriet® (pirfenidone) in the US.

Product Availability:

  • Genentech will continue accepting and fulfilling commercial orders for Esbriet until 12:00 p.m. PT (noon) on October 29, 2025. Any orders received on or after 12:00 p.m. PT (noon) on October 29, 2025 will be canceled.
  • Starting November 3, 2025 to access Esbriet please contact Legacy Pharma Inc: [email protected] or phone: 1-800-727-7151.

Customers who have entered into direct distribution agreements with Genentech to purchase Hemlibra can order it online.

SUSVIMO ANCILLARY TOOL REPLACEMENT REQUEST

  • To reorder a replacement ancillary tool, including Initial Fill Needles,Refill Needles, and Explant Tool, please contact your Surgical Device Specialist (SDS) first, to complete the request.
